The East African operating base

The division is built around the group's operating company in Tanzania, headquartered in Dar es Salaam: an importer and supplier of agricultural inputs and equipment for East African agriculture, working with small, medium and large-scale farming clients in partnership with governments and trusted suppliers.

Product range

The fertiliser portfolio covers the full nutrient spectrum used in the region: urea (46% N), DAP and MAP, muriate of potash, NPK compounds, calcium ammonium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate and triple superphosphate.

How the division works

The division is the destination end of the group's fertiliser flow: cargoes the desk originates internationally become bags in East African warehouses and, through the distribution network, inputs on farms.
