Who we are
This website is operated by GIDEX Holding Ltd (United Arab Emirates) on behalf of
the GIDEX group of companies ("GIDEX", "we"). For any privacy matter, contact

What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies — of any kind.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- It makes no requests to third-party servers: fonts and all assets are
served from our own infrastructure, so your IP address is not shared with any
external provider when you browse.
- While you read it, it collects nothing: data leaves your browser only
when you choose to send the enquiry form or use the chat.
What we do process
- Server logs. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address,
requested page, time, browser signature) for security and fault diagnosis.
Logs are rotated and are not used for profiling.
- Correspondence. If you write to us, we process your name, contact details
and the content of your message to respond and to conduct business. Email is
hosted with established providers (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- Enquiry form & chat. If you send an enquiry through the site form
or the chat, we process what you submit (name, company, contact details and
the content of your request) to respond and to conduct business. Submissions
go directly to our own enquiry-handling system; they are visible to the
trading desk and are not shared with third-party form providers.
- Counterparty data. In the course of trading we process business contact
and company data of counterparties for contracting, compliance (including
know-your-counterparty and sanctions screening) and settlement.
Legal bases and retention
We process data to perform or prepare contracts, to comply with legal obligations
(including trade-compliance rules), and on legitimate interest in operating a secure
website and conducting business. Data is kept no longer than needed for these
purposes or than law requires, then deleted.
Sharing and transfers
Data may be shared within group companies and with service providers (email hosting,
IT) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data. As an international
group we operate across jurisdictions, including the UAE, the EU/UK, South Africa
and Tanzania; transfers are limited to what a given relationship requires.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data
Protection Law and South Africa's POPIA), you may request access, correction,
deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or lodge a
complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to
