Every initiative runs through a dedicated project company, and the division works in two distinct modes:
The pipeline focus is the Gulf and Africa. The division follows institutional project programmes across the region — an example of the landscape is the Reserve Bank of Malawi's 2025 Projects Compendium, spanning agriculture, mining, energy, health, tourism and manufacturing — engaging where structuring, partner search and development discipline are required. Projects are taken on with staged, self-funding phase models rather than single monolithic budgets.
Two distinct modes: ground-up master planning of large-scale urban and zone programmes, and asset repositioning — acquiring operating assets with sound structure and under-used potential and moving them into a higher class.
