Company formation, end to end

The division sets up businesses in the UAE across all three tracks — mainland, free zone and offshore — selecting the jurisdiction from more than fifty UAE free zones against the client's activity, banking needs and visa requirements. A typical incorporation completes in one to four weeks.

  1. Consultation. A dedicated relationship manager maps the activity to licence types and jurisdictions — in person or online.
  2. Jurisdiction. Mainland, free zone or offshore, chosen for substance, cost and banking outcome rather than habit.
  3. Licence. Trade licence application and incorporation documents (MOA, certificate of incorporation) prepared and filed.
  4. Residency. Residence visas and Emirates ID for owners, employees and dependants.
  5. Banking. Corporate account opening with local, international and digital banks.

Agent status and partner network

The division operates as an official agent with dedicated partner portals of free-zone and registrar authorities including IFZA (International Free Zone Authority, Dubai) and RAK ICC, alongside channel partnerships across UAE free zones such as Jafza, KIZAD, SPC, Shams, Ajman Free Zone and DAFZA. Offshore incorporations are handled through a licensed registered agent with full know-your-client compliance.

After incorporation

Setup is the start, not the service: PRO services, corporate tax and VAT registration and compliance, accounting and bookkeeping, auditing, licence renewals, long-term residency guidance and a business centre workspace in Dubai keep the company operational after the licence is issued. Advisory is available in English, Russian, French, Italian and Swahili.
