Where the notes come from, how topics are picked, and who is responsible for what they say.
Short market notes for people who move physical cargo: fertilisers, petroleum products, gas, metals and agricultural raw materials, together with the freight and trade policy that shapes them. Each note states what happened and what it means commercially for a buyer, a producer or a counterparty.
They are not reprints. Every note is written up in our own words from public reporting, and the originating publication is named and linked at the foot of the note. We do not republish source text, and we do not add figures the source does not contain.
Items are collected from a fixed list of trade and market feeds covering fertilisers, energy, gas, shipping, logistics and general business. Anything outside the group's commodity scope is filtered out, and the remainder is scored for practical value to a trader — price moves, supply disruptions, export bans, tariffs, sanctions and freight rates rank highest; vendor announcements rank lowest. The most useful item of a batch is published; the rest are not.
Notes are published on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, one per publishing run. New notes are announced in the Atom feed.
Notes are drafted with automated assistance from the public reporting cited in each note, and are published under the editorial responsibility of GIDEX Group. Sources are named; conclusions about commercial impact are ours.
Nothing in these notes is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any commodity, security or financial product, nor investment, legal or tax advice. See our terms of use.
If a note misstates a fact, write to sales@gidex.com and it will be corrected or withdrawn.
